Level-1 Business Partners (CPM)

Follow these step-by-step instructions to add a new business partner to your CRM Harbor

 Step 1: Navigate to the CRM Section

 On the left-hand sidebar, click on the CRM dropdown menu.

 Select the Business Partner option from the list.

 Step 2: Add a New Business Partner

 Click on the "Add New" button located at the top-right corner of the

 Business Partner page.

 Step 3: Fill in Basic Details

 A form will appear where you need to enter the basic details of the partner

 company.

 In the Basic Details section, select the Level of the partner:

 L0: Refers to your own company (Level-0).

 L1 or CPM: Refers to the business partner with direct billing agreements (Level-1).

 Step 4: Enable CPM Portal Access

 Important: Enable the CPM Portal switch to allow the business partner

 to receive connection requests and interact with your company through

 the CRM.

 Step 5: Enter Primary Business Address

 Provide the complete Primary Business Address of the partner.

 Once the primary address is entered, you’ll see a checkbox option to use

 the same address for the Company Address

 Enable this checkbox if both addresses are the same.

 Step 6: Enter Regulatory and Business Information

 Fill in the following required business details:

     PAN Card Number

     GST Number

     MSME Number (if applicable)

 Step 7: Agreement, Banking & Document Uploads

 Complete the section with:

 i. Agreement Details

 ii. Bank Account Information

 iii. Upload all required supporting documents.

 Step 8: Save the Information

Step 9: Click on the Action Button (three dots) and select Configure Location to configure the Business Partner's location

Review all entries and click on Save/Submit to finalize the addition of the business partner.

Level-2 Business Partners

For adding L2 Business Partners, we need to follow the same steps as above, just need to select the level as L2 and the respective Parent Business Partners ( L1 Business Partner)
